Banff Park Ranch sits on secluded grounds just ten minutes from downtown Banff — a hidden gem tucked inside Banff National Park with 360-degree mountain views, a historic roundhouse, and a western hospitality experience unlike anything else in the Canadian Rockies. The venue hosts weddings, private corporate events, and their signature Western BBQ & Barn Dance nights. The challenge was translating that atmosphere into a website.

The Challenge

The venue had a compelling story and a stunning physical setting, but their digital presence wasn't doing it justice. Banff Park Ranch needed a website that could capture the emotional draw of the experience — the fire, the mountains, the energy — and convert that feeling into wedding and event inquiries. The site also needed to serve two distinct audiences: couples planning mountain weddings and corporate or group event organizers, each looking for different information and reassurances before reaching out.

Our Approach

We built the site in Webflow, giving the team full control over seasonal content updates, new event pages, and photography as the venue continues to grow. The design was crafted to be immersive and cinematic — leading with full-bleed photography and video to put visitors inside the experience before they'd read a single word. We structured the site around the three core offerings (Weddings & Ceremonies, Private Events, and the Western BBQ & Barn Dance) with clear, conversion-focused pathways for each. Navigation, page hierarchy, and calls-to-action were all designed with inquiry generation in mind.
