Banff Hospitality Collective

Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is Banff's largest dining group — 16 restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues all within a five-minute walk of downtown. We manage their Webflow website on an ongoing retainer, keeping a high-traffic tourism site running smoothly across seasonal campaigns, new venue launches, and daily content updates.

Banff draws millions of visitors every year, and when those visitors search for where to eat, drink, or spend an evening, Banff Hospitality Collective needs to show up — and show up well. With 16 venues under one roof (including award-winning steakhouses, a craft distillery, a brewery, sushi and karaoke, bowling, and a dance club), BHC is one of the most recognized hospitality brands in the Canadian Rockies.

The Challenge

Managing a web presence across 16 distinct venues is no small feat. Each restaurant has its own menus, seasonal promotions, hours, and brand personality — and the collective site needs to surface all of it clearly for tourists who've never been to Banff before and locals who visit year-round. Their marketing team needed a reliable web development partner who could move quickly, maintain quality, and handle everything from structural updates to campaign launches without bottlenecking their team.

Our Approach

We work with BHC on an ongoing monthly retainer — acting as their dedicated web development resource within the broader marketing team. Our role goes beyond maintenance: we're involved in planning seasonal promotions, structuring new venue pages, optimizing the site for search, and ensuring every corner of the site reflects the caliber of experience guests walk into in person. Webflow gives us the flexibility to move fast without sacrificing the clean, high-end aesthetic the brand demands.

What We Built

  • Multi-venue Webflow CMS architecture — structured so each of the 16 restaurant brands has consistent, easy-to-manage pages without duplicating work
  • Seasonal campaign pages and promotional features — built to launch quickly for events like happy hours, holiday menus, and special dining experiences
  • SEO-optimized restaurant and venue pages — targeting high-intent Banff tourism searches like "best restaurants in Banff" and "things to do in Banff downtown"
  • Gift card integration and cross-venue promotion — a single card redeemable across all 16 locations, prominently featured throughout the site
  • Mobile-first design and performance — optimized for the tourist on their phone, walking down Banff Avenue deciding where to eat
  • Ongoing retainer support — regular updates, new feature builds, and a development partner the team can rely on month after month

The Result

BHC's website functions as a genuine discovery tool for Banff's most visited dining strip. Tourists land on the site and immediately understand the scale and variety of what's on offer — from a casual burger at Eddie Burger Bar to an award-winning dinner at The Maple Leaf or a night of bowling and craft beer at High Rollers. The retainer model means the site is always current, always accurate, and always ready for the next season.
